How to use:

Excellent for seasoning pasta, risotto, gnocchi, ravioli and tortelli

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 7 days.

Cheeses (Pecorino Romano DOP, Hard cheese) 31%, cream, water, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, black pepper 0.5%, natural flavor.
