Authentic, Gourmet Italian Pasta Since 1860

Crafted in Tuscany for over 160 years, Morelli pasta combines heritage, artisanal methods, and exceptional ingredients to create pasta with unmistakable flavor and texture.

Five Generations of Tuscan Pasta Making

Founded in 1860, Morelli has been producing authentic Italian pasta in Tuscany for generations. In 1920, Grandmother Morelli built the family factory in San Romano, Pisa, where tradition still guides production today.

What Makes Morelli Different

Unlike conventional pasta, Morelli reincorporates wheat germ — the heart of the wheat grain — back into semolina.

The result:
• Rich wheat aroma while cooking
• Full-bodied flavor and texture
• Naturally occurring nutrients
• Signature green tint in the cooking water

We say:

“It’s not better, it’s different”

Made the Traditional Way

Made with Tuscan durum wheat, bronze drawn, and slowly dried at low temperatures for pasta with exceptional texture and sauce absorption.
