Excellent product and a great departure from the usual pastas that we buy in stores. It is made with eggs that give it a wonderful consistence and taste. I use it with truffles for a mellow but full-of-taste dish. Bought it several times and will definitely buy it again. Highly recommend this product.

Best pasta I've ever had and I used to live in Italy
Wow. I'm blown away. Used it for a shrimp scampi dish. Also a Carbonara. I purchased the two pack of 8.8 oz. For the way we eat, each of the 8.8 oz would be enough for three people. So for the two pack, you would get 6 servings.

Amazing taste and quality!!
I am from Europe, I grew up eating egg pasta and now that I live in USA, this is by far the best pasta I have found like the one from my childhood. So yummy!
